Swissies

Home    Application

If you are wanting to see about getting a puppy from us, you need to fill out an application and e mail it to us. Just click on the application link above and copy and paste to an email, fill it out and send to MrsConnie2u@earthlink.net.  We will  write you back or call you as soon as we go over your application.

The reason why we ask potential puppy buyers to fill out an application is to better learn about you, your family. What your level of experience is in owning large breed working dogs. And what you are looking for in a puppy. Finding the right puppy for you and your family starts right here. Each puppy is a little different, so the more that we know about you and your life will help us to determine what the right type of puppy will be for you.

Morgan gave birth April 12th to 11 healthy puppies, 5 boys and 6 girls.

Morgan was bred to "RIO"    BINSS CH Ky Quiet Riot v Sarmac, CGC, HIT, ROM. Owned By Lori Price. Her web site is http://www.jotunheimswissies.com/Rio.htm

We feel that RIO is the epitome of what a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog should be. He has been a consistent producer of some very outstanding dogs.

Whether we sell you a puppy, or help you find a puppy, we want you to have a healthy, perfect temperamented Swissy.

We care about where our swissies go, we want them to have a good home but we also want to make sure anyone getting a puppy from us knows what they are getting. Swissies can be the best pet in the world. But they are not for everyone. Because of their large size they must be obedience trained so that they will obey ALL members of the family.

Pet puppies are sold on AKC limited registration and must be spayed or neutered when they are old enough. This also includes membership in the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America. AKC Papers and Microchip registration.

Show puppies are $2000.00. These are puppies that will be shown in AKC conformation and possibly bred if they pass all health clearances, have decent structure, and a good temperament. All show puppies will be co-owned by me, the breeder until all terms of the contract have been met which includes but may not be limited to the above. At no time will we ask/demand more money or puppies given to us to sign over full ownership to an owner. Our co-ownership is strictly to help the breed. Not the breeder. What we ask each show puppy owner to do is the very least that we have done to produce that puppy's litter ourselves.

Please be aware that each breeder's show contract may be different. Some breeders may require money or puppies given back to the breeder before the breeder will turn over full ownership to the owner. Please read all contracts carefully before signing. If you have a question, or a problem with the contract, bring that up to the breeder before signing anything.
